Can I really get a website created for free?
Yes. SiteUA creates a landing page or a website with up to 100 pages at no charge. Domain registration and Ultra hosting are not included in the free service: you pay for them separately after reviewing and approving the result.
When does the offer end?
This is an ongoing offer with no expiry date. Free creation or restoration is available for websites with up to 100 pages that will be hosted on the Ultra plan.
How can I restore a website that no longer works for free?
Enter its old URL and your contact details in the restoration form. We check the web archive and rebuild the website from the saved content available. If no snapshots exist, we can discuss a new version based on your own materials.
Can the web archive fully restore a database or an online shop?
The web archive may preserve public pages, but it does not replace backups of databases, orders or customer accounts. Restoring those requires your own backups. We agree on complex features separately before work starts.
What should I send for a new website?
Choose a landing page or a multi-page website, specify up to 100 pages and describe your business and goals. Attach your logo as a separate file, along with photos, copy, contact details and reference websites. If you do not have a logo, mention this in the form.
When do I pay for the domain and hosting?
After you review and approve the completed draft. You then pay for Ultra hosting and domain registration, and we transfer the website. If you already own a domain, include it in your request so we can agree on how to connect it.
Will my website work on mobile and use HTTPS?
Yes. We include responsive layouts, basic SEO settings and SSL for secure HTTPS once the domain is connected. We check the website before launch.
How will you contact me after I submit a request?
Save the request number shown after submitting the form. We will contact you within one business day via your supplied email, Telegram or other contact channel to agree on the details.
